- Confirm Shipday API key and direct delivery are enabled.
- Verify radius, delivery fee, and delivery minimum.
- Place one in-range test order and one outside-range test order.
- Confirm staff can accept, reject, or assign a driver from the PWA flow.

Marketplace launch checks
- Confirm each provider is connected, not just configured.
- Run menu, hour, and provider-status sync before cutover.
- Confirm DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub show the intended POS or middleware connection in their merchant tools.
- Smoke one provider order and verify source label, ticket route, and kitchen print behavior.
