AI-R (“the Service”) is a restaurant management platform provided on an as-is basis for restaurant operators. The Service includes menu management, point-of-sale tools, inventory tracking, scheduling, AI-powered analytics, and integrations with third-party delivery and payment platforms.
Payments are processed through Square and Stripe. By using our payment features you also agree to their respective terms of service. AI-R does not store full card numbers; all sensitive payment data is handled by these processors.
Certain features (menu descriptions, cost estimates, marketing suggestions) are generated by artificial intelligence. These outputs are provided as recommendations only. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before it is published or acted upon.
AI-R integrates with third-party delivery platforms (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub) and other services. AI-R is not liable for downtime, data discrepancies, or service interruptions caused by these third-party platforms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI-R and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We will retain your data for 90 days to allow for export, after which it will be permanently deleted unless retention is required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
